These units are spread across two blocks at the North West London site and include a roof terrace.
St George, part of the Berkeley Group, is delivering the wider Beaufort Park masterplan which will ultimately include 3,000 homes and 90,000 sq ft of commercial space.
“The handover of new homes for rent in The Draper, the final phase at Beaufort Park by St George, is an important step for the project as we move towards fit out and eventually welcoming residents,” said John Coling, development and construction director at Long Harbour.

“With Way of Life managing the asset, residents of The Draper will be able to enjoy a range of high-quality amenities, from co-working spaces to a rooftop terrace, as well as a range of activities and events, fostering a vibrant sense of community.”
The third and final phase of 142 homes is due to be delivered in Autumn 2026, alongside additional amenity areas including a coffee shop, co-working spaces, a residents’ gym, lounges and private dining room.
In September 2023, Long Harbour agreed to forward purchase 370 new BTR homes with accompanying commercial and amenity space within Beaufort Park. This acquisition formed part of the £1.5bn Long Harbour Multifamily Joint Venture 2 with PSP Investments and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, targeting high quality BTR schemes of over 150 units in London, the South East and selected regional cities.
Marcus Blake, regional managing director at St George, added: “After more than two decades of regeneration, Beaufort Park has become a vibrant neighbourhood for over 8,000 residents, delivering much-needed, high quality homes, new jobs and welcoming public spaces filled with a wealth of amenities.
“The handover of new BTR homes marks another exciting step in completing the masterplan and creating a sustainable place for generations to come.”
